Managing Partner
Atty. John Paul P. Nabua
Atty. John Paul P. Nabua is a seasoned lawyer with over 15 years of experience in law practice.
He graduated from Ateneo de Manila University School of Law with a Juris Doctorate degree in 2006, after completing his Bachelor of Arts in Development Studies at the same university.
Beginning his career as a legal professional, he founded a full-service law firm, renowned for its prowess in corporate law, government procurement, transportation law, intellectual property, labor disputes, and litigation.
Notably, Atty. Nabua has been engaged previously as external counsel for prominent private and public entities such as Grab Philippines, and the Land Transportation Office. Currently, he serves as external counsel for AirAsia Superapp and On-Us Solutions, Inc. of the MPT Mobility Group, among others.
His expertise likewise extends to assisting national and local agencies in legal compliance and navigating complexities such as issues with the Commission on Audit. In addition to his legal engagements, he contributes as a consultant to the Office of Congresswoman Bernadette R. Herrera of the Bagong Henerasyon Party-list in the House of Representatives.
However, beyond his professional accomplishments, Atty. Nabua cherishes his role as a devoted family man, finding his greatest achievement in being a loving husband and caring father to his two sons.

Atty. Zyra Jenica M. Perol
Senior Associate
Atty. Zyra Jenica M. Perol obtained her BSBA major in Legal Management degree from the Ateneo de Naga University, where she was a consistent honor student and a member of the Supreme Student Government – Student Tribunal.
She started her legal career as a clerk and court interpreter in the Regional Trial Court of Naga City while studying in the Ateneo de Naga University School of Law. While in law school, she was a consistent President’s Lister and Dean’s Lister. She also competed and won awards in various national moot court competitions.
Atty. Perol obtained her Juris Doctor with Thesis Degree from the Ateneo de Naga University in 2021. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in May 2022. She then worked as an Associate Lawyer in Lim, Chua, Dave & Cervantes Law Offices, where she specialized in litigation, insurance law, corporate law, commercial law, administrative law, labor law, criminal law, and family law. She now works as a Senior Associate in Nabua Law.
Atty. Clarebeth R. Ramos
Associate
Atty. Clarebeth R. Ramos is a fresh addition to the growing firm, shortly after being admitted to the Philippine Bar in December 2023. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from University of Santo Tomas in 2023. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of the Philippines – Diliman in 2018, where she graduated cum laude.
Prior to joining Nabua Law, she worked as Assistant Finance Officer at AtrioPlus Builders and completed her internship in Citi – Finance and Risk Shared Services in 2017.
Beyond her academic and career accomplishments, she is an active servant leader in their parish, involved in various ministries and organizations.
Atty. Jordanna I. Latip
Associate
Atty. Jordanna Latip holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Ateneo de Zamboanga University and earned her Juris Doctor degree from Ateneo de Zamboanga University College of Law in 2019. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2020.
Atty. Latip launched her legal career in private practice, serving clients in Isabela City, Basilan, and Zamboanga City. Her expertise spans real estate, regulatory compliance, labor and employment law, Shari’a law, and civil, criminal, and administrative litigation.
In addition to her private practice, Atty. Latip was invited to contribute to the legal academe by the Founding Dean of Ateneo de Zamboanga University College of Law, Dean Rosendo U. Castillo. As a part-time professor, she taught courses in Basic Legal and Judicial Ethics, Transportation Law, and Gender Sensitivity. She also received training in social legislation. Moreover, Atty. Latip actively participates in pro bono work and serves as a Supervising Lawyer at the Ateneo Center for Legal Services, where she supervises legal aid programs and outreach efforts aimed at delivering accessible legal solutions to underserved communities.
Guided by the philosophy result-driven solutions at Nabua Law, Atty. Latip consistently strives to achieve positive outcomes for her clients and the broader community, balancing her legal expertise with a deep sense of social responsibility.
Of Counsel
Atty. Ana Rosario N. Padua
Counsel
Atty. Ana Rosario N. Padua joined the firm as Of Counsel in January of 2022. She is currently one of the founding partners of the Salcedo Blas Lavadia Padua Law Offices.
Before joining Nabua Law, Atty. Padua was a Junior Partner at the Rodrigo Berenguer and Guno Law Firm from 2014-2021 having worked mainly in case management and supervision, litigation, labor litigation, and contract review.
From 2012-2014, Atty. Padua worked as In-House Legal Counsel of an international humanitarian organization, World Vision Development Foundation, Inc. (World Vision in the Philippines) where she gained experience in various corporate day to day affairs, including contract review, legal counselling (as well as for both local and nternational counterparts), assisting HR for labor law concerns, management of the Board of Trustees’ affairs, work as Assistant Corporate Secretary, and ensuring the organization’s legal compliance.
From 2006-2012, Atty. Padua was an Associate at the Batino Law Offices where she learned basic skills in litigation and labor law.
Atty. Padua obtained her Juris Doctor law degree from the Ateneo De Manila University School of Law in 2006. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2007. Prior to her law studies, she graduated from the University of the Philippines in Diliman (UP Diliman) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Family Life and Child Development (BS FLCD).
Atty. Ayra Patria C. Lavadia
Counsel
Atty. Ayra Patria C. Lavadia is currently one of the Of Counsels at Nabua Law.
She also serves as a Partner at Salcedo Blas Lavadia Padua Law Offices. From 2017-2022, Atty. Ayra was an Associate for Rodrigo Berenguer and Guno Law Firm.
Atty. Lavadia obtained her Juris Doctor Law Degree from San Sebastian College – Recoletos in 2016. Shortly after, she was admitted to the Philippine bar in 2017.
She obtained her Undergraduate degree in BS Accountancy from the Philippine School of Business Administration in 2009.

Rose Ann A. Fabic
Paralegal
Ann first joined the firm in 2022 as a Paralegal and is furthering her legal education as a First Year Law Student at Arellano University School of Law, admitted in July 2023. Ann earned her bachelor’s degree from Romblon State University – Main Campus , where she was an officer of the BSBA Banking and Finance Student Organization.
Before that, Ann worked as a Paralegal at Caunan Law Office, where the firm primarily focused on Labor Law. In her role, she assisted the lawyers by attending hearings and performing various paralegal duties.
Regine B. Gumboc
Paralegal
Regine earned her Bachelor of Science in Office Administration, Major in Legal Transcription, from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP), Manila, graduating with honors in 2016. She is currently pursuing her Juris Doctor degree at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) and completed her legal internship at the Public Attorney’s Office.
Prior to joining Nabua Law, she worked as a Legal Secretary at Puyat Jacinto and Santos (PJS) Law in 2016, later becoming a Knowledge Management Officer, and held such position until 2023. She also served as a Corporate Paralegal at Exceller Corporate Support Inc. (formerly PJS Corporate Support Inc.).

Danica Paola R. Nabua
Office Manager
Danica Paola R. Nabua serves as the Office Manager of Nabua Law, where she oversees the human resources and finance departments. Her exceptional skills in administration, coupled with her keen eye for detail and strategic foresight, have made her an invaluable asset to the firm.
Danica’s academic background is as impressive as her professional achievements. She graduated Cum Laude with a degree in AB Speech Communication from the University of the Philippines Diliman. Her academic pursuits also included a minor in French, a testament to her commitment to linguistic and cultural proficiency. To further hone her language skills, she studied at Alliance Française de Manille, where she gained a deeper appreciation for French culture and communication.
In addition to her academic achievements, Danica expanded her expertise in the fashion industry by completing three courses at the Fashion Institute of the Philippines. She earned certificates in Basic Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising and Buying, and Fashion Styling, showcasing her versatility and creativity in fashion.
Beyond her pivotal role at Nabua Law, Danica Paola R. Nabua serves as the Chief Operating Officer of a successful chain of skin and beauty clinics operating across the Philippines. Her leadership and innovative approach have been instrumental in the clinics’ rapid expansion and success, underscoring her business acumen and ability to thrive in diverse industries.
Danica is also the head of a thriving property management firm that handles both condominium units and Airbnb properties in Metro Manila and Pangasinan. Her expertise in property management has allowed her to oversee the seamless operation and maintenance of these properties, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence.
Her professional journey includes a stint in public relations with Larc & Asset PR, where she honed her skills in communication and client relations, further broadening her experience in the corporate world.
In addition to her corporate endeavors, Danica is also a prominent figure in the media industry. She is a TV and print ad commercial model under the management of Mercator Model Management Inc. and Cosmo Talents and Casting Agency, where she has showcased her charisma and versatility. Her work in modeling has not only enhanced her public profile but also demonstrated her ability to connect with audiences across various platforms.
Nicole C. Villasper
Executive Legal Assistant
Nicole obtained her Undergraduate degree in BA History at the University of Santo Tomas, where she graduated as Magna Cum Laude. She is also an alumnus of San Beda University-Manila.
Prior to joining the firm, she was an intern at Human Rights Violations Victims’ Memorial Commission (HRVVMC) and a Content writer for a youth organization.
Kristine Jimeno
Legal Executive Assistant
Kristine obtained her undergraduate degree in BS Accounting Technology at the University of San Agustin-Iloilo. She is also a former law student from the same university and plans to further her studies in the future.
Prior to joining the firm, she was an intern at the Bureau of Internal Revenue in Iloilo and at the Land Bank of the Philippines, Gaisano Iloilo.

Omar completed his Undergraduate degree in Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurial Management at the Polytechnic University, where he graduated as a full scholar.
Before joining the firm in 2019, he gained valuable experience working in various industries.
